How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as it ships and you can use the same to track your order.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
The courier re-attempts delivery — keep your phone reachable so they can coordinate.

How do refunds work for COD orders?
Once approved and received, we refund via UPI or bank transfer within 7–10 business days. Prepaid orders refund to the original method.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at support.pause2play@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right.
