We want you to love every product you receive from Pause2Play. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

7-day returns

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags intact.

How to start a return

Email support.pause2play@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Once approved, we'll share the return/pickup address and instructions. Items sent back without an approved request can't be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved.

• Prepaid orders: refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• COD orders: refunded via UPI or bank transfer (we'll collect your details) within 7–10 business days.
• Please note: Shipping charges of Rs. 75 are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
